West Michigan Home Watch is a professional service that will visually inspect your home or property and look for obvious issues. We provide the homeowner with peace of mind when they leave their home unoccupied. We visually inspect the interior and exterior of the home and make sure “all is well”. We offer weekly and biweekly visits. We can customize our home watch report to meet your needs. After every visit West Michigan Home Watch will email the report and pictures to the homeowner. If we come in contact with an emergency, we will stabilize the situation, if possible, and notify you right away. We are bonded and insured and an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association. Owner Andrea Stam is a Certified Home Watch Professional #07190078 and has completed Home Watch Boot Camp in Boston, MA. All employees must pass a criminal background check. We understand the amount of trust you are putting in us and we take it very serious.
Whether you are leaving for the winter, taking a vacation or going on a business trip, we want to be your eyes and ears when you’re away. We also work with realtors, trust advisors, and even elders that may not have family close by.
West Michigan Home Watch also offers concierge services such as key holder services, plant care, and grocery shopping before your arrival. Consultations are always free!
