Founded in 2006, Waveland Property Management, LLC, specializes in the management of condominium associations, homeowner’s associations as well as rental properties throughout West Michigan. To date Waveland manages over twelve hundred units; a combination of Condominium Associations, Residential Properties and Commercial Properties.
Waveland’s founders consist of a Certified Public Accountant and a Property Law Attorney, who have over twenty-five years of experience specializing in the real estate and construction industries. Our staff of professionals includes a licensed contractor, a real estate broker, licensed real estate agents and four property management specialists, which offers our clients all of their property management needs in one place.
