Mosaic's unique business model enables us to maximize donations and help everyone who calls or walks through our door. With a panel of 70+ professional therapists, we are able to eliminate barriers to accessing professional counseling services. Now serving all of Ottawa County, we are committed to our promise... '' No one is ever turned away. Never.'' We get people in fast, match them with the correct therapist for the presenting issue, and guarantee that co-pays will be at a cost any one can afford. Co-pays are determined on a generous sliding scale, based on income...this can be as low as $6 per session or volunteer time.
Additionally, our services include:
- School Outreach Program: We bring our therapists into 32 schools within seven school districts in Ottawa County. Free of charge, we counsel kids (K-12) who would not have any access to counseling if not for Mosaic. We also provide Suicide Prevention Training (QPR; Question/Persuade/Refer) within classrooms.
- Suicide Prevention Training (QPR): Free of charge to any interested groups.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): For a minimal charge, we are able to provide counseling, support, and educational services to businesses. This is a benefit of employment at a participating business, and also extends to the dependents of qualifying employees. This is an important benefit to offer, and key to workforce attraction and retention.
