Among the 70 million people worldwide who grow up Deaf, many have very little access to written or spoken information. When encountering a book, the Bible for example, it is difficult to make sense of significant concepts To remedy this, DOOR helps recruit and train teams of two Deaf leaders for local communities and develops sign language translations. DOOR International has a Deaf leadership team whose goal is to raise up these Deaf leaders to provide resources and believers fellowships to Deaf worldwide. The 70 million Deaf worldwide are the considered the largest unreached and unengaged people group on the planet.
