Meet Tyler Cady, our Director of Operation. He has years of leadership, sales, and marketing experience under his belt and uses this background of knowledge to do what he enjoys most – helping others achieve and even surpass their goals! When he’s not working toward milestones, you’ll likely find him outside enjoying the weather, boating, or four-wheeling with his family. Tyler is married, has three kids, cats, and a dog – no wonder he has such awesome management skills! He also can be easily persuaded to snack on sour cream and cheddar chips and likes eating Snickers (which is good, because he’s not himself when he’s hungry!)

Michael graduated from Hope College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He holds his Series 7, Series 66, Series 63 license with LPL Financial, Life and Health, and Property and Casualty Insurance licenses. He has worked for the Custer Insurance Agency since 2014 and joined Custer Financial Advisors in 2017.  Michael specializes retirement accounts, Millennials, and former athletes as he used to be a collegiate Quarterback.  He has always had a passion for helping others understand finances and feel confident in their financial plan and investments.

Amy Kraal serves as the Owner & President for the organization, bringing over 20 years of professional Human Resources experience.  She has expertise in Organizational Development, Employment Branding, Recruitment Strategy, and Compensation Program Design.  Before founding HR Solutions Group, she worked for Varnum Consulting, kforce.com, and Haworth.  

Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and German from Hope College in Holland, MI.  She has also earned and maintained the PHR (Professional Human Resouces) from HRCI and the SPHR from Society of Human Resources Management.  Amy professionally invests back into our community with volunteer work as an advisor for Lakeshore Advantage, serves on the Board of Directors for Holland Area Arts Council, CEO Council for Talent2025, and speaks at local universities and professional associations on HR topics.

Angela recently joined Dolphin Vacations.  Her 30+ year travel industry background  includes working and residing in Cozumel Mexico for 10 years, airline reservations,  and holding Business Development positions with 2 major tour operators and 1 cruise line.   She is dedicated to supporting the team as Director of Marketing & Sales .
