In 2004, Terry Jordan founded Jordan Financial & Associates in Holland, Michigan.  
Terry is an Investment Advisor Representative with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. in the State of Michigan & is a member of the Financial Services Institute.  She has been tested & certified in the securities industry’s Series 6, 7, 63, 66 & holds Life & Health Insurance Licenses.

As a 41 year resident of the area she lives with her husband of 42 years & three dogs.  Her three children & two grandchildren also live in the area. 

After graduating with a minor in Theatre (and a Degree in Marketing), from the University of Evansville, in Indiana, I followed my Dad, Bill Segrist, who was a living example of how you can live your values and Faith in the business world.   We started the Agency based on Customer Service is Our Priority, and 20 years later, it has proved to be the perfect fit.   We are one of the very few who specialize in both Medicare and Individual Healthcare, it can be confusing, and we want to help.  We provide Educational Seminars, and Employer Presentations for Medicare Eligible Employees. Amy Kraal serves as the Owner & President for the organization, bringing over 20 years of professional Human Resources experience.  She has expertise in Organizational Development, Employment Branding, Recruitment Strategy, and Compensation Program Design.  Before founding HR Solutions Group, she worked for Varnum Consulting, kforce.com, and Haworth.  

Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and German from Hope College in Holland, MI.  She has also earned and maintained the PHR (Professional Human Resouces) from HRCI and the SPHR from Society of Human Resources Management.  Amy professionally invests back into our community with volunteer work as an advisor for Lakeshore Advantage, serves on the Board of Directors for Holland Area Arts Council, CEO Council for Talent2025, and speaks at local universities and professional associations on HR topics.

Dawn Garcia Ward, a graduate of Notre Dame, is a pioneer in the field of data record information management (RIM) and information governance.  The former litigator has spent more than a decade advising Fortune 500 corporations and other businesses how to properly manage data – a practice that saves money and helps reduce legal risk.  She creates legally defensible document management programs that stand up in court and stand out on the bottom line.

I am a mortgage lender with Macatawa bank with 11 years experience in banking where the most recent years were spent as mortgage loan processor. I understand the mortgage process inside and out, so my clients can be assured a flawless experience when working with me. I am currently pursuing my BA in Business at Cornerstone University and I'm very passionate about my volunteer work at the Deborah House to help secure housing for homeless single mothers as well as serving on board for Good Samaritans and CASA.

Having been in sales since 2000, insurance industry since 2008 and owning my own women's professional networking organization for 10 years, I decided It was time to launch my own consulting business. My passion is helping sales directors and entrepreneurs with the unique challenges that they face every day (especially the last day of the month)! I'm excited to be a part of the Chamber here in Holland and look forward to becoming more involved in our community. 

Melissa Haveman is an executive coach, author, workshop facilitator, and authorized provider/certified trainer for Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

Melissa specializes in developing strong, creative teams and transforming the culture around them, including remote and hybrid teams. She has a graduate degree in sociology and a Leading Virtual Teams Certificate from Cornell University. She worked remotely and led virtual teams for over 18 years and is a member of  the Center for Executive Coaching and the International Coach Federation.

Melissa brings a calm, supportive style of coaching. She love working with deep thinkers, introverts, and creative types. As a facilitator, she draws on her award-winning teaching skills to create workshops and retreats that are enjoyable and informative.
