Our business has been around for six years. On September 28, 2018 we purchased Rain Man Sprinkling LLC and change the name of our company to Rain Man Services. Rain Man Sprinkling LLC has been around for over 25 years in the West Michigan area. On May 8, 2019 Rain Man Services purchased Holland underground sprinkling and repair LLC. Holland underground sprinkling and repair LLC has been around for over 50 years. With our combined knowledge and many years of experience together we are dedicated to bringing you the best service and best Quality of any company in West Michigan. Our slogan is we’ll be your sidekick because we are focused on helping you make your yard and home look the way that you want. Truth at Work engages business leaders and owners into mastermind, round table groups for the purpose of growing their businesses and living out their faith at work.  Truth at Work is in its 21st year as a ministry based in Indianapolis Indiana.
Members meet once a month for a four hours to go over a business topic with a Christian perspective, often have a featured presenter, have a focused time of accountabilty and complete the meeting with "hot topics" faced by members.
Truth at Work is committing to provide a safe and confidential space business leaders often cannot achieve resulting in feeling lonely and isolated.  Mastermind groups often have 300 years or more of business experience of like minded leaders who have "been there".

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Calvin College.  She served as Human Resources/Legal Liaison Manager for OP Ventures, a Herman Miller dealer in Denver and Dallas, overseeing all personnel and legal matters. She relocated to the West Michigan headquarters in 2009 where she currently serves as Executive Vice President focusing on corporation culture & employee development. Katy became a Gallup certified Strengths Finder Coach in 2014.   She is also holds a Soul Care certification from the Soul Care Institute & Fuller Seminary Lifelong Learning Center. Her passion is to help people identify and apply their strengths in their current roles as well as set goals to help achieve their future goals.
